Welcome to iwos.co.il (hereinafter: "the Website"). The Website is operated by IWO Meatburger Ltd. (Company No. 513660233) (hereinafter: "the Website Management" or "the Company").

The Website operates as an e-commerce platform that offers, among other things, food products for sale (hereinafter: "the Products").

The provisions of these Terms apply equally to all genders; the use of masculine language is for convenience only.

These Terms and the conditions of use appearing on the Website define the legal relationship between the Customer and the Website, the conditions for using the Website and/or ordering Products from the Website, and constitute the Customer’s agreement to these terms and any additional terms appearing on the Website.

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. These terms apply to the use of the Website and its services via any computer or other communication device (such as mobile phones, tablets, etc.), whether accessed via the internet or any other network or communication medium.

Nothing in these Terms shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations enacted thereunder, to the extent they apply to the Website.

The Company and Website Management make every effort to present the most complete and comprehensive information about Products, including photographs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions may appear on the Website in good faith and without intent to deceive, and the Company shall bear no liability arising therefrom.

Section headings are provided for convenience and orientation only and shall not serve as interpretive tools for these Terms.

Typographical errors in product descriptions shall not be binding on the Company.

Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Differences in appearance, color, size, and similar attributes may exist between the product as shown on the Website and the actual product.

No content from this Website may be copied, used, or made available to others in any form, including on other websites, in electronic publications, printed materials, or similar media, for any other purpose.

The date and time recorded in the Company’s computer systems shall be the definitive record for all purposes.

Website Registration
Placing an order on the Website constitutes registration; access is enabled via the email address used at checkout, with any previous order number serving as the password.

Any individual or company may use the Website and make purchases, provided they are legally competent to enter into binding transactions and hold a valid credit card issued by a recognized credit card company.

The Website Management may from time to time require additional identification details.

The Company may block any person from using the Website, temporarily or permanently, in the following cases: engaging in illegal conduct; breach of these Terms; deliberate provision of false information; taking actions that may harm the Website’s operations; a blocked or restricted credit card.

Purchasing Products Products are purchased by adding items to the shopping cart, after which the Customer will enter their personal details in the online order form.

Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory; the order cannot be completed without them.
To prevent any delivery issues, the Customer must provide only accurate and correct details.
Upon completing the order, the Customer confirms the order details and the accuracy of the information provided.
The Customer’s details as entered in the order form shall constitute conclusive evidence of the accuracy of the transaction.

Payment Method
Payment for Products may be made by credit card or via an electronic wallet service such as PayPal. Once payment details have been entered, the Customer will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order details. This confirmation does not obligate the Website Management to supply the ordered Products; it merely indicates that the order details have been received. If the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, the Customer will receive notification and the Website Management will contact them to complete or cancel the transaction. Confirmation of the purchase is contingent on the availability of the purchased Product in stock at the requested delivery time.

Product Delivery & Shipping
Product delivery will only take place after payment authorization is received from the credit card company. IWO Meatburger Ltd. does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping fees — in addition to the cost of the Products ordered, the Customer will be charged a shipping fee. The shipping fee amount will appear at the end of the ordering process. The Website shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by: force majeure, war, military operations, natural disasters, strikes, or any other cause beyond the Website’s control. Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided. If Products are returned to the Company due to incorrect details, the Customer will bear the cost of shipping and handling. If the Customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, they shall not be entitled to a refund and will be charged the full amount.

Cancellation by the Customer
The Customer may cancel the transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the regulations enacted thereunder. Upon receipt of a cancellation notice, the Customer will be refunded the amount paid for the Product, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ILS 100, whichever is lower. In the event of cancellation due to a defect or non-conformity, the Customer will not be charged any cancellation fee.

Cancellation by the Company
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and for any reason, to cancel or terminate a transaction and/or sale at any time. Notice of cancellation will be provided to the user, and the Company will refrain from charging the Customer’s credit card or will refund any amount already paid. If a Product is found to be out of stock, the Website may cancel the order or offer an equivalent alternative item.

Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights, including patents, copyrights, designs, models, and trade secrets, are the exclusive property of the Company. These rights may not be used without prior written consent from the Company. No information from this Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, marketed, rented, or translated.

Liability
The Company bears no liability whatsoever for damages arising from or related in any way to the repair, assembly, or replacement of Products. The Company bears no liability for damages resulting from the use of or reliance on information published on external websites.

Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal details of the Customer will be stored in the Company’s databases. The Company will not transfer the Customer’s personal details to any third party other than suppliers, and only to the extent necessary to complete a transaction. The Company will not use the Customer’s payment details for any purpose other than processing a payment for a transaction the Customer has requested. The Company may use cookies in order to provide the user with a faster and more efficient service. As operations are conducted in an online environment, the Company cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access to its systems.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed solely by Israeli law. In the event of any dispute, the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
