It all starts at our in-house butcher counter, where premium beef is carefully selected and ground on-site. We maintain full control over quality every step of the way — from the cut to the plate.
IWO’s burger is made from 100% local Israeli beef, sourced from free-range veal calves. The meat is ground in-house from a blend of sirloin, asado, and flank cuts, creating a premium, juicy burger with a rich, deep flavor.
What days and hours do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available every day of the week, including weekends, from 11:00 AM until 3:00 AM.
Do I need to make a reservation?
No. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can groups make a reservation?
Yes, groups can reserve a table by contacting us in advance.
